The texts in Islamic (fekh) point out to ; that any sexual enjoyment is permitted between The husband and his wife , except  anal sex ,  and making sex at vulva during The period of the menstruation .

 It also point out to ; that  any sexual act causes a harm on the health is not permitted .

That in case of married couples (wife and her husband) BUT if any kind of sexual relation occured without marriage , it's forbidden and considered adultery (even if it wasn't complete intercourse and just oral sex ) and adultery is the worst guilt after Polytheism and homicide , and who commits this (oral sex and not complete deserves punishment as evaluated by the legal ruler  but doesn't deserve death unless he was married and commited  complete sexual intercourse (whether normal or anal)
